10- Trader Joe's dark chocolate truffle bars (or any favorite chocolate bar)
2 Tbsp. of almond butter
2 Tbsp. of any preserves that you like (I used raspberry)
2 Tbsp. of finely chopped almonds
2 Tbsp. of ground coffee
5 Organic raspberries
*If you do not have a chocolate mold tray, don't fret! All you need is a muffin pan or an ice tray. These options will work just fine as well!*
First you'll want to fill a pot with water and bring it to a boil then put a sauté pan on top of it. Place all of the broken dark chocolate truffle bars in to the sauté pan and let the chocolate melt while occasionally stirring. After all of the chocolate has melted, you'll want to then take a big spoon and scoop some melted chocolate then pour and fill the tray half way full. After doing that, you then can add all of your fillings to each section of your choice (almond butter, preserves, almonds, coffee, raspberries or whatever other yummy filling you come up with...I experimented with a bunch of items in my kitchen.) After placing the fillings into each section, you'll then take your spoon and fill the sections of the tray with the melted chocolate. From my personal experience, try and pour the chocolate neatly into the tray so your truffles will look perfect. Well, I hope you enjoyed this easy recipe! It's just as delicious as it sounds! Hope you all have a great day Casa de Góngora friends!
