1-2 Peeled and seeded pomegranates (set aside)
1 1/2 lb. of Halved raw Brussels sprouts
3 Tbsp. of olive oil
2 Tbsp. of lemon pepper
1-2 Cups of fresh grated parmesan cheese (if you are vegan nix the cheese)
*In a sauté pan, you will want to combine your olive oil, Brussels sprouts, lemon pepper and sauté for five minutes until the Brussels sprouts are tender then you will want to flip them over to the other side and sauté for another five minutes. You will start to smell the Heavenly goodness coming from the pan. After sautéing, you will want to remove the pan from the eye and let your mixture cool.
*Combine your Brussels sprouts, parmesan cheese and pomegranate seeds then mix well. After mixing, make sure your mixture is at a comfortable temperature then enjoy!
