2 32 oz. Boxes of Trader Joe's Latin Black Bean Style Soup
2 13.75 oz. Containers of Trader Joe's Corn and Chile Tomatoe-Less Salsa
2 Chopped Avocados
4 Cups of Cooked Quinoa
1 Cup of Chopped Cilantro
Pour your black bean soup, salsa and quinoa in a large pot then bring to a boil while stirring occasionally. After you bring it to a boil, then you will want to pour yourself a serving and top it off with some chopped avocado and chopped cilantro. Then enjoy!
